Hey Ally! Thanks for the tip – it’s especially helpful even to those who are not trying to lose weight but just want to be healthy. I’m underweight but that doesn’t mean that I’m in shape. I’m FARRR from in shape. Junk food is far to easily accessible to me between a constant on-the-go schedule and i need to make more time for the fruits and veggies!
